AFFILIATE STANDARDS
LandAmerica OneStop selects Affiliate members based on their track record of producing high quality, professional work, and their ability to utilize and incorporate the latest technology. We work with Affiliates on an EDI basis, requiring report file delivery in either an ACI or Adobe PDF format. Each Affiliate will have a percentage of their work reviewed and scored on a monthly basis. The quality score will be shared with the Affiliate, and consistently high scores will be rewarded with increased orders.

Fee payment will be negotiated based on regional and metropolitan area coverage, and then standardized for all work performed. Unusual circumstances or high-value properties will be negotiated separately.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Appraisers who are chosen for our Affiliate Program will be entitled to the following:

• Use of the ONLINE APPROVAL PACKAGE which allows you to post your approval documents online at e-appraiser.net. Lenders can download these documents whenever you grant them access, saving time and money by avoiding the cost of document preparation and delivery.
• Guaranteed volume.
• Payment in 10 days or less - Payment for Affiliates will automatically be processed when their appraisal reports have been completed. Paper invoices are not required!
• As an Affiliate you will also have access to the same corporate discounts that LandAmerica receives. These include discounts on airlines, rental cars, hotels, express mail services, computer equipment, printing supplies, cell phone services, pagers, copiers, faxes office supplies and much more!
