Fees
Quite reasonable, actually! Fees vary depending on the size
and complexity of each transaction and we do what we can to
remain competitive including providing you several options
from which to choose. However, regardless of the fee structure
you choose, the cost to involve our expertise is generally
significantly less than the tax incurred if you did not do

Placing an Order
The easiest way is at the time of the quote while you are
on the phone with us. What we will need is:

A clear idea of what you want to accomplish including
the number of properties to be disposed of and received,
type of ownership, location of properties, whether you
are to receive cash or notes, closing dates, etc.; |

A copy of the purchase agreement between your buyer
and you along with a copy of the title report from your
title company or attorney. These can be faxed in the
event of a rush order. In fact, in many cases we can
perform the absolute critical first step of the exchange
and provide you exchange documents the same day anywhere
